Rob Husong has served as the president of First National Bank of NWA for the past 12+ years. He has almost 30 years of banking experience in lending and executive management. He has worked for two Fortune 100 banks and a couple of community banks including a de novo. His career passion is focused on supporting communities through community banking.

Husong is a graduate of the University of Arkansas Sam Walton College of Business with a B.S.B.A. in Marketing with an emphasis in organizational management. He is a graduate of the American Bankers Association National Commercial Lending School at Norman, OK in 1998 and a graduate of GSBC in 2010.

Rob is active in his community serving various business and non-profit boards including being a past board member of the Arkansas Bankers Association and a current board member of the Independent Citizen’s Commission of the State of Arkansas.

Rob has been married to his wife Carrie for almost 30 years, and they have four active sons. They reside in Bentonville, Arkansas.
