Rebecca Diaz is a Commercial Lender with InBank, formerly Legacy Bank. She has been in the banking industry for 17 years, 12 of those with InBank. Starting her career as a teller at Wells Fargo, the professional progression has allowed her an opportunity to see how big banks and community banks operate – the good and the bad. One of the greatest rewards in her line of work is helping people reach their financial goals.

Diaz graduated from CSU-Pueblo in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and an Emphasis in Marketing. In 2019, she graduated from GSBC with honors, returning in 2022 as a faculty member. Recognitions include ICBA 40 Under 40 Community Bank Leader (2024), Pueblo City-County Library Outstanding Woman Award (2022), featured on Influential Women podcast hosted by Under Cover Billionaire business owner Jenny Smith (2021), featured in Bank Beat Magazine as a Woman of Excellence (2020), Pueblo Latino Chamber of Commerce 40 Under 40 recipient in the inaugural year of this event (2019). One of the most impactful achievements over the years was when her class won the field day championship in 2019!

Diaz is heavily involved in Pueblo non-profits. She is currently a Trustee for CSU-Pueblo Foundation. She has served on numerous Boards including Boys & Girls Club, Junior League of Pueblo, and recently completed her terms with Pueblo Community College Foundation and Sangre de Cristo Arts and Conference Center. She enjoys working with students at the college and university campuses as well as the club kids around financial education.
