White began his community banking career in 2000 when he returned to his small family hometown bank in Wamego, KS. Over the last 24 years he has immersed himself in the bank and the communities they serve while growing the team around him. He is a 2005 graduate of GSBC and has served as a trustee since 2019.

In addition to GSBC, White has been active with Kansas Bankers Association Board of Directors, Federal Reserve Bank of KC, Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council, and numerous hospitals in Kansas as a trustee. Most recently, White was elected to serve as a Member Director to the Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka.
