Kim DeVore is president and CEO of Jonah Bank and more importantly, proud to be a founding director when the bank was chartered in July 2006. Kim began her banking career in 1988 with Valley National Bank through her high school DECA program. She has worn many hats in banking including teller, operations, new accounts, cash management, loan assistant, securities sales, commercial lender and even compliance officer. Jonah Bank is her ultimate home as it has been an opportunity to partner in developing a community bank ethically centered on “doing what’s right.” She is honored to work in a culture focused on the community and good old fashioned banking. If you have an hour, she will tell you all about “The Code.”
Kim’s most important roles in life are wife, mother and grandmother. She and her husband, Fred, live in Casper and have four grown children. They enjoy spending time with their grandchildren and being outdoors as often as possible. Kim is active in community organizations statewide, including Wyoming Business Council, Two Fly Foundation, The Lyric and the Central Wyoming Boys & Girls Club Foundation. She also enjoys representing her industry on various national regulatory advisory boards, as it allows an opportunity to help shape the future of community banking.
