Josh has been a community banker in Minnesota for over 20 years. Josh is the Sr. Vice President of Lending/Chief Credit Officer for Minnesota Lakes Bank where he leads the lending team, serves as a member of the ALCO Committee and Executive Management Team. He is active in BankIn MN (formerly Independent Community Bankers of Minnesota) and serves on the Chief Credit Officer advisory committee.  Josh graduated from GSBC in 2023.

Josh is married to his wife Tamarah and has 2 adult children.  Josh is active in the Delano, MN community serving on local non-profit boards as well as the City of Delano Planning Commission and the Wirght County EDA.
