A lifelong Nebraskan, Derrick has been a community banker in Falls City, NE, for more than 10 years. Derrick is the Vice President of F&M Bank where he leads the lending team, handles trusts, is a member of the ALCO committee and serves on the board of directors.

Derrick is active in the Nebraska Bankers Association amd graduated from GSBC in 2023, where he served as a class representative during his time with GSBC. Derrick is a graduate of the University of Nebraska and has a MBA from Wayne State College. He is married to his wife Shelly and has three children. He assists with multiple non-profits in Falls City and is an elder of his church.
