Clint Duncan is a Senior Bank Examiner who has been with the Oklahoma State Banking Department since 2015. He has a background in Finance from Oklahoma State University, an MBA from Oklahoma Baptist University and is a 2023 honors graduate from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.

He serves as the examiner-in-charge for many bank and credit unions across the Oklahoma. In addition to his time as a bank examiner, he has authored several articles offering banking insights and the importance of community banking.
