Beatrice Meyer has successfully led organization change and transformation in corporate, non-profit and education contexts in the U.S. and Japan. A developmental psychologist and researcher, she has taught in workplaces and in academia, including at a community college, a mall public college specializing in engineering and STEP fields and a large land-grant institution. At Colorado State University (2013-2016), Beatrice was a special appointment faculty (50-25-50 distribution) delivering communication skills and professional development programming to veterinary students and veterinarians, publishing on the topics of professional development programming to veterinary professionals.
Working within organizations, Beatrice has successfully assessed, developed and delivered on strategic and operational plans, operational management and staff development and hiring, e.g., Association of Foreign Bankers (1991-1994) and Deutsche Bank AG Tokyo Strategic HR (1994-1998). Most recently (January-June 2018 and January-November 2019), she served as the full-time interim-CEO for the American College for Veterinary Internal Medicine (ACVIM).
