GSBC’s EDI program equips its participants for success with extensive leadership development and bank management training. Participants are up-and-coming C-level executives whose work efforts influence the future direction of their banks. To aid in their development, each participant is assigned a mentor and an executive coach. EDI curriculum topics cover customer relationships, cybersecurity, organizational change, the economy, talent management, profit improvement and more.
“EDI is helping community banks develop their future executives in support of the bank’s succession plan,” said GSBC President Michael Stevens. “These bankers have a genuine passion for the industry, their communities and their customers. GSBC is proud to have been a part of their development.”
During the April 2022 EDI session, GSBC also hosted the 15 members of EDI Cohort 8 and welcomed the ten new participants of Cohort 9. Across cohorts, 35 participants represented their unique organizations based in 21 states across the nation.
GSBC is now enrolling Cohort 10 to begin EDI in October 2022. For more information, visit www.GSBColorado.org.
